About Seabase Newfoundland Limited
Seabase Newfoundland Limited emerged on November 23, 2020, forged through a partnership with the NSB Omega Group of Companies. Spearheaded by Denah Locke, former General Manager of Seabase Limited and daughter of the late Paul Locke, our company inherits a legacy of industry proficiency and integrity.
With 20+ years of hands-on experience in crewing supply vessels and offshore drilling installations across Canada and beyond, Denah Locke assumes the role of Managing Director and owner of Seabase Newfoundland Limited. Collaborating closely with Director Michael Critch and the NSB Group of Companies, we leverage a wealth of expertise in technical workforce solutions for Canada’s offshore oil and gas projects, as well as the mining and energy sectors.

Denah Locke
Managing Director & Owner
Denah brings over 20+ years of invaluable experience in the oil and gas industry to our team. With a rich history of working in offshore personnel resourcing and human resources operations, Denah has made significant contributions to Seabase Limited and other esteemed organizations.
During her tenure as General Manager at Seabase Limited from 2008 to 2013, Denah played a pivotal role in personnel management, crewing, and training for 14 offshore supply vessels operating in East Coast Canada and internationally.
In 2006-2007, Denah demonstrated her expertise by seconding to Ocean Rig from Seabase Limited, where she managed all HR, recruiting, and training functions for the Eirik Raude.
In 2013, Denah continued her career journey as the Human Resource Manager – Operations at Seadrill Canada Ltd. Here, she spearheaded recruitment, personnel management, and training initiatives for technical, marine, and drilling personnel onboard the West Aquarius, West Hercules, and the West Mira.
In 2020, Denah embarked on a new venture with the NSB-Omega Group of Companies, assuming ownership of Seabase Newfoundland Limited.

Sharon Wall
Crew Manager/HR Business Partner
Sharon Wall has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and began with Seabase as a work-term student in 2002. Sharon quickly developed a career in oil and gas providing HR Coordination/Logistical Support including the management of offshore training requirements and tracking for 350+ offshore personnel.
Sharon has progressed her career and elevated to the position of Crew Manager/HR Business Partner for Seabase Newfoundland Limited.
